International House
International House was conceived by the late YMCA official
Harry Edmonds following a chance encounter with a lonely
Chinese graduate student in 1909. The philanthropy of John
D. Rockefeller Jr. and the Cleveland H. Dodge family led to
its construction at 500 Riverside Drive in New York in 1924.
The mission of International House is to enable its members
from around the world to live and learn together in a
diverse residential community that builds life-long
qualities of leadership, respect and friendship. For more
than 80 years, the I. House experience of international
cultural exchange in a diverse community has transformed the
lives of more than 65,000 people. A portion of the proceeds
from
We're Global Citizens: Conversations with Tomorrow's
Leaders goes to benefit this organization.

The
Aid for Traumatized Children Project
Founded at the time of "Shock and Awe" in 2003, when members
of The World Dreams Peace Bridge began dreaming of the
children of Iraq. Its intent since then has been to provide
direct, person-to-person support to the children, who are
the innocent victims of war. Since 2003, the Aid for
Traumatized Children Project has provided over $40,000 in
assistance to programs in Iraq dedicated to helping the
children. A portion of the proceeds from
A DREAM COME TRUE: Simple Techniques for Dream
Interpretation and Precognitive Dream Recognition
goes to benefit this organization.

The Hunger
Project
The Hunger Project is a global, strategic organization
committed to the sustainable end of world hunger. In Africa,
Asia and Latin America, The Hunger Project empowers millions
of women and men to end their own hunger. The Hunger Project
has pioneered low-cost, bottom-up, gender-focused strategies
in each region where hunger persists. These strategies
mobilize clusters of rural villages to create and run their
own programs that achieve lasting progress in health,
education, nutrition and family income. A portion of the
proceeds from
The Power of Purpose goes to benefit this
organization.
