Serbian inventor NIKOLA TESLA (1857-1943) was a revolutionary scientist who forever changed the scientific fields of electricity and magnetism. Tesla's greatest invention, A/C current, powers almost all of the technological wonders in the world today, from home heating to computers to high-tech robotics. His discoveries gave mankind the television. And his dream of wireless communication came to pass in both the radio and eventually the cell phone. Yet his story remains widely unknown. History buffs, science enthusiasts, backyard inventors, and anyone who has ever dared to dream big will find the life of Nikola Tesla, written in his own words, engaging, informative, and humorous in its eccentricity.

N S: My Inventions: The Autobiography of Nikola Tesla(Cosimo Classics edition)
Well, whatever you think of the man, there is one thing for certain, I haven't seen two covers of the book that are the same.
Tesla was a genuis. Tell him there is an energy shortage and he would show you the Universe. Why ? The Universe is Energy, there could or should never be an legitimate energy shortage, just another manipulated effort by Governments wanting to control their people. What else is new ?
If you want to know power, study Tesla, all of the answers are there.
Hope Jacobs: The greatest man that most people know nothing about
Nikola Tesla is the man most responsible for modern technology, yet hardly anyone knows anything about him. He invented radio. That's right, before Marconi. He had wireless electricity at the beginning of the 20th century. His work on wireless energy is the basis for cellular phones and all wireless technology. Edison's electricity was weak, inconsistent and not suitable for use. Tesla's invention of alternating current is what made electricity usable to the masses. These are just a few of his accomplishments, and they are the basis for modern technology. My Inventions is a collection of autobiographical articles, obviously written by Tesla himself. It is a great insight into one of the greatest scientific minds in history.
Priya Sivaraman: Great purchase for those who are interested in Tesla
I purchased this item for my boyfriend who is an aspiring inventor. He seemed to enjoy the book and it came in perfect condition. Buying it from amazon was so much easier and cheaper than buying this at a bookstore. Great purchase!
Gary Peterson: NOT Nikola Tesla's MY INVENTIONS
This is NOT Nikola Tesla's MY INVENTIONS, published in the ELECTRICAL EXPERIMENTER magazine, February-June and October, 1919 issues. It is a corrupted version of Tesla's autobiography titled THE STRANGE LIFE OF NIKOLA TESLA. The original document was published in booklet form a copy of which was found in a used bookstore in 1994, transcribed, and published on the Internet. The booklet was subsequently found to contain significant errors, omissions, revisions and also some additions that did not appear in the original 6-part serial text.

Buyer beware!
Heather A. Redman: Well written, but full of typos
This is a well-written book and a good insight into Nikola Tesla's life. However, I was a bit upset to find that this edition is full of typos. Misspellings, capitalization errors, those are just some of the problems I encountered with this book. They could have paid a bit more attention with the typography, honestly. And it's not just one typing error--it's error after error after error. But if you don't mind typos, you'll probably enjoy this book, and it's a quick read.
